Processing Time
Orders placed prior to 12:00 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. If you should need an order to ship out same day and it's after 12:00 PM MST please give us a call prior to 2:30 PM MST and we'll make every effort to expedite your order and ship it same day. You can always count on fast processing and on-time delivery from Sun And Moon. We ship Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Free Shipping
Orders of $100. or more addressed to a destination within the US will receive free ground shipping. All other shipping is $5.95 or less when addressed to a destination within the US.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. When checking out you will be presented with a choice of shipping options and their associated costs. We typically ship using USPS and UPS. The shipping cost for US customers is always $5.95 or less.
International Shipping
International shipping is also based on the size and weight of your package. At times we may need to contact you if additional shipping charges are required.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number upon shipment of your order. Shipping transit times in the US are usually 3-5 business days from the date shipped.
Colorado Residents
All Colorado residents are subject to state sales tax. The tax will be applied and displayed during the checkout process.
Return Policy
Your friends at Sun And Moon want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer a 30 day refund or exchange on all of our products. All returned products must be returned in new saleable condition in their original packaging. Returns not in new saleable condition in their original packaging will be refused.
If the problem was our mistake we’ll gladly refund shipping, otherwise the customer must pay return shipping.
Please send us an email and let us know that you’d like to return something. When you ship the item back to us please send us a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for the return. If you don’t have your invoice please contact us via email and we can send you a copy via email.

Defective Returns
If you receive merchandise that is defective please send us an email and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Returns
All shipments are insured! If a package arrives at your door with obvious damage please consider refusing the package so that it is returned to us. If you open your package and discover a damaged item please send us an email immediately and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
